Armstrong 3000 Alto Sax. Serial Number: #2,94x. Another starter sax with decent ergos, good metal, and a lineage of Keilwerth parts. This sax looks like the old Couf parts my 1970s pro sax. Gold lacquer on the body & keys. The lineage has a great sound that would rival and new sax due to the Keilwerth link (and my bias towards that sound). Pads are older and it may need small repairs to play at 110%. It doesn’t have the high F# key, but that’s not needed to start. Nice original hard case. – very minor wear and tear.
