Vintage Selmer Airflow Alto Mouthpiece. Discolouration and scratches to the mouthpiece. I can’t get a sound out of it, from doing research I read that you need a really hard Reed. I used a 3 which is the hardest I had and can’t get a note. It’s a collectors item, a rare find. I’m sure whoever buys this will know what to do with it to make it work.
