Mahillon Alto Sax Saxophone silver mouthpiece + case vintage antique. Odd silver alto mouthpiece by C. 15mm / 8,2 cm. Including its original case. In very good condition for its age (see pictures). Reed: France Supérieure Vandoren Paris. Probably custom made around 1900 in London. Mahillon was the best wind instrument maker around that time and also active in London. This is a very rare one of a kind museum quality mouth piece for the serious saxophone collector / player. None of the museums and specialists I consulted owns or has ever seen one like it.
