Vintage Meyer 6MM alto sax mouthpiece

Vintage Meyer 6MM alto sax mouthpiece from what I believe the 1980s. My friend got it when he was on the road with Ray Charles, and hes pretty sure it was the 80s. Its in great shape and you can see the 6M on the table but Meyer has rubbed off. It was also used when he got it.
