Vintage Brilhart Hard Rubber 4 Alto Sax Mouthpiece – Shachter Refaced – Serial # 106554. Outstanding condition Brilhart Hard Rubber alto sax mouthpiece, serial number 106554. This is a Carlsbad vintage Brilhart, but despite its age, it is in tremendous shape. The only wear of note is some very light teeth marks on the beak. There are no cracks, nicks, or major scratches, and even most of the original gold factory stamping remains crisp and clear with little fading. The tip and rails look new. This piece has professionally opened by Scott Shachter; it is stamped a 4 and measures.
