Nice Selmer alto saxophone from the gold era. This specific model, the 5 digits Mark VI was produced on 1959 (serial number 84xxx), when Kind of Blue or Giant Steps where recorded.. Generally speaking the shape is very good, not big issues or dents. Lacquer is original but not much remaining, you can see the nice patina all arround the instrument. Beautiful engraving on bell and bow, very sharp. Pads are at very playable condition and the horn it does not need anything, just go directly to the gig and live such a experience playing on it.
