This is a great-playing example of a rare Conn New Wonder II Chu alto saxophone manufactured in the 1929, #M227XXX. This sax is bare brass. His sax is in used condition with plenty of wear and scratching from many years, and everything works great, and it is set up to good playing adjustment on flat plastic dome resonator pads that are recent. The low C guard is repaired as seen in photo 9 and several resolders, no effect on the great sound of this sax. This sax has a strong sound and vintage edge.
