This is an original design that Aaron Drake worked on for years with David Sanborn until it was exactly what David wanted, and this is the exact piece that David has been playing on for several years. Google Drake mouthpieces to read about it and youtube it for clips and interviews with Aaron and Sanborn. I dont play a metal mouthpiece on alto, but if I did this wouldnt be for sale, its absolutely incredible. It has so many wonderful characteristics and a total joy to play. Very comfortable and reed friendly. This will cut in any situation and can be extremely loud, but easy to be subtle on too. A world class piece.
