Buescher Aristocrat – Bundy Style Alto Sax in Black, Serial #392447. This is an interesting alto that would be a good candidate for repair or a home project piece. Buescher Aristocrat alto saxophone, serial number 392447. The body is in fair condition. The neck is also in good shape. This alto is very similar to the slightly later Bundy altos that were painted. Right now this alto is playing decently down to a low D through some leaks. It ultimately will need a re-pad or some serious service work before it will be in perfect playing condition. Many of the pads are still in decent condition and you might be able to get by with some minimal repair work. But it is not going to be in perfect playing condition until it is completely gone through.
