Absolutely Rare! Vintage Keilwerth Straight Alto Sax (Saxello)

Vintage Keilwerth Straight Alto Sax (Toneking Special) Condition is Used. In playing condition, but some of the pads should be renewed. Comes with case, as pictured. It’s an absolutely special and lovely horn, very responsive, and by the way, it looks totally unique. Unlike the old King Saxellos it has modern keywork, and is therefore easy to perform with and also to maintain. As I haven’t played it for a while, the pads were sitting there for a long time. It would be best to overhaul the horn and adjust it to your own liking. I don’t know how many of these saxophones Keilwerth has produced, but I have never seen another one. The serial number suggests it was made in the late 1970’s or early 1980’s. I bought it in the late 1990’s, and then took off the lacquer to make it more responsive and increase its personality.
